UP-RISE celebrates its first scientific publication in Elsevier Food Science, one of the world’s leading scientific publishers: “Nutritional benefits, technological innovations and safety of fermented cereal products: Insights from umqombothi”
This joint contribution was led by UP-RISE PhD researcher Lungani Nyathi, in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Johannesburg, Ghent University, and CNR in Italy.
